Today, a regular mobile reception of citizens was held in the “Bo‘ka” mahalla under the leadership of district hokim S. Isakulov.
The meeting was conducted in an open and sincere dialogue format with the participation of the head of the Justice Department Q. Jo‘rayev, responsible officials of relevant organizations, and local residents.
During the reception, 12 appeals were submitted by citizens regarding socio-economic issues, employment, коммунal services, infrastructure, and other pressing matters. Some issues were clarified on the spot, while the remaining were forwarded to the relevant organizations with clear instructions given to responsible officials for their prompt resolution.
This open dialogue is important in strengthening mutual trust between citizens and government bodies, as well as ensuring timely and targeted solutions to existing problems.
