Adminstration of the Buka District Tashkent Region

During the reception, citizens raised various issues. A total of 11 appeals were received, mainly related to social protection, employment, financial assistance, коммунal services, credit allocation, and infrastructure.

Some of the appeals were resolved on the spot. Legal explanations and recommendations were provided on certain issues. Appeals requiring additional study were assigned to responsible organizations and placed under strict control.

During the reception, several issues were examined directly in the area, and practical measures were identified with the participation of responsible officials. This approach ensures prompt and effective resolution of citizens’ concerns.

At the end of the meeting, the importance of effectively using available opportunities to promote employment, support entrepreneurship, and increase household incomes was emphasized. It was also noted that open and direct dialogue with citizens is a key factor in timely identifying and resolving issues.
