“Qo‘ldoshtepa” Mahalla Fully Renovated

A modern mahalla center, a “Nuroniylar Maskani” (Elders’ Center), a library, and a vocational training center were constructed. The medical point was fully renovated, and two family-based kindergartens were established. Internal infrastructure was completely upgraded: streets were asphalted and gravelled, sidewalks were built, a bridge was repaired, and sports and children’s playgrounds were constructed. Electricity, gas, and water supply networks were improved, and large-scale landscaping was completed.
Systematic efforts were also undertaken to promote employment, entrepreneurship, and social support, resulting in a reduction in poverty and unemployment levels.
For reference: 3,390 residents live in 903 families (731 households) in the mahalla. A total of 14 km of drinking water networks were installed, 3.2 km of the central street was asphalted, and 2.5 km of internal roads were gravelled. 390 old wooden poles were replaced with concrete supports, 9 km of SIP cable was laid, 40 streetlights were installed, and 12 km of gas networks were repaired.
The official opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, members of the national working group, regional officials, and Bo‘ka District Hokim S. Isakulov.
