During the dialogue, citizens raised 22 appeals related to social protection, employment, financial assistance, quality of коммунal services, banking and credit issues, and other pressing matters. Some of the appeals were resolved on the spot, with necessary legal explanations provided. For issues requiring further study, specific tasks were assigned to responsible officials with clear deadlines set.
Several appeals were reviewed directly within the area, allowing practical solutions to be found without delay.
It was particularly emphasized that developing entrepreneurship, creating new jobs, and increasing citizens’ incomes remain priority tasks today. Residents were advised to effectively use available benefits and opportunities and to come forward with their own initiatives.
