It was emphasized that every decision and action should be based on the principles of legality, fairness, and impartiality. Specific tasks were set to enhance responsibility in handling citizens’ appeals and to prevent delays and unjustified refusals in their consideration.
It was also noted that indifference to any form of corruption is unacceptable.
