Citizens’ appeals in focus: the “Public Control” system is being widely implemented in Buka

In accordance with the instructions given at the videoconference meeting chaired by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Sh. Mirziyoyev, and with the aim of widely implementing and increasing the effectiveness of the “Public Control” electronic portal, successfully introduced in the city of Tashkent, a training and practical seminar was organized in Buka district of Tashkent region.
The seminar was attended by the Hokim of Buka district Sardor Isakulov, First Deputy Director of the Digital Development Department of the Tashkent City Hokimiyat Dilshod Khusanjanov, as well as heads of district enterprises and organizations.
During the seminar, detailed explanations were provided on the mechanisms for receiving and reviewing citizens’ appeals through the “Public Control” platform, ensuring prompt and high-quality resolution of incoming issues within established timeframes, and delivering open and efficient public services through digital governance systems.
At the conclusion of the event, the importance of actively applying the platform at the local level, strengthening responsibility in handling citizens’ appeals, and further increasing public participation in public administration was particularly emphasized.
