Order, efficiency and responsibility: a strict approach to public utility services

The Hokim of Buka district, Sardor Isakulov, together with the Head of the Internal Affairs Department, Alisher Gulomov, closely reviewed the activities of duty shifts and emergency response teams organized within public utility organizations.
During the inspection, special attention was paid to the working conditions created for emergency team personnel, compliance with occupational safety regulations, as well as the level of provision with special equipment and additional tools required for prompt response in emergency situations.
The district Hokim, Sardor Isakulov, emphasized that public utility services represent a vital system that directly affects the daily lives of residents, and that constant readiness for any malfunction or emergency, immediate response to citizens’ appeals, and ensuring public satisfaction must remain top priorities.
In addition, responsible officials were given clear instructions to ensure safe and comfortable working conditions for employees, strictly comply with safety requirements, use existing equipment efficiently, and update technical resources when necessary.
At the conclusion of the review, specific tasks were outlined to further improve the activities of public utility services, ensure continuity of service delivery, and develop prompt, high-quality and systematic solutions to public requests.
