Adminstration of the Bekabad District Tashkent Region

Today, A. Turobov, Deputy Hokim of Bekobod District, held another personal reception for citizens at the Public Reception Office. During the reception, citizens raised concerns regarding employment, business development, public utilities, infrastructure, land relations, social protection, and other pressing issues. Every request calls for attention, responsibility, and practical action! The issues raised by citizens were thoroughly examined, and relevant instructions were given to representatives of the responsible organizations to resolve them in accordance with the requirements of the law. Specific tasks were established for requests requiring further examination and additional time to resolve. Particular attention was also given to monitoring the implementation of the instructions and ensuring tangible results in addressing citizens’ concerns. Dialogue with the public is an important process that helps identify problems, understand their causes, and find practical solutions. Therefore, the timely consideration of citizens’ requests, the protection of their legitimate interests, and the achievement of concrete results on every issue remain key priorities. In a country where human dignity is held in the highest regard, no request should go unnoticed, and every problem should receive a lawful and practical solution!
