Adminstration of the Bekabad District Tashkent Region

During January–May 2026, the retail trade turnover in Bekobod District reached UZS 376.7 billion, representing 107.0% growth compared to the same period last year. The structure of retail trade turnover was as follows: Large enterprises: UZS 9.1 billion; Small businesses and private entrepreneurs: UZS 367.6 billion. According to the statistics, the largest share of the district's retail trade turnover was generated by small businesses and private entrepreneurs. This reflects the positive impact of ongoing reforms aimed at supporting entrepreneurship, improving the business environment, and strengthening economic activity. A strong entrepreneurial sector contributes to sustainable economic growth, creates new jobs, and improves the well-being of the population.
