Deputy Minister of Justice N. Mukhammadiyev held a face-to-face meeting with local entrepreneurs in the Koson district of Kashkadarya region, listening to the legal and practical challenges they face in their activities.

The entrepreneurs mainly complained about obstacles in obtaining loans, tax benefits, land allocation, patent acquisition, issues in cadastral and registration procedures, as well as bureaucratic problems in the licensing system. N. Mukhammadiyev took note of each appeal and instructed the relevant responsible agencies to address them in cooperation.

During the mobile reception, more than 30 business entities were received, 11 of them were provided with legal explanations, the problems of 5 applicants were resolved on the spot, and 10 appeals requiring further review were accepted for processing.

At the end of the meeting, it was emphasized that the Ministry of Justice will continue to take practical measures to protect the legal interests of entrepreneurs and to create a favorable legal environment for their activities. The meeting was held in an open and sincere atmosphere, and concrete solutions were identified for the issues raised.
