🔸During the meeting, conducted via video conferencing, the activities carried out by justice bodies and institutions in 2025, as well as upcoming tasks, were discussed.
As a result of establishing KPI indicators for each managerial employee within the system and implementing practical measures to ensure the execution of tasks and functions at the level of subordinate structures, high results were achieved in a number of areas. In particular:
▪️more than 1 million public issues were resolved;
▪️the legal expertise period for draft legislative acts amounted to 7 days;
▪️the number of types of public services provided reached 517, which is 108 more compared to the previous year;
▪️the average time for providing public services was reduced by 6 minutes to 4 minutes;
▪️legal awareness and outreach events increased by 1.5 times, reaching 1 million;
▪️within the activities of legal service centers, 415 document templates were prepared, on the basis of which more than 10.3 million draft documents were created;
▪️as a result of issuing conclusions on draft documents received daily on the same day, the average time for issuing conclusions amounted to 5 hours, which is 41 hours less compared to the corresponding period of last year;
▪️online notarial actions increased fourfold, reaching nearly 300,000;
▪️legal protection was ensured for 3,709 intellectual property objects, which is 183 percent more.
🔹In addition, existing shortcomings were discussed in a critical manner, and tasks to be implemented in the future were defined.
