✅ In January of this year, a qualification exam for patent attorneys was conducted based on the principles of openness, transparency, and fairness, to grant the right to represent before state organizations on issues of legal protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.

✅ The qualification exam was held to determine the candidates’ compliance with the professional requirements for patent attorneys.

✅ The exam was conducted as an oral interview in a question-and-answer format.

For participation in the qualification exam, 13 candidates who submitted documents to the Qualification Commission for the attestation of candidates and patent attorneys under the Patent Office of the Ministry of Justice were granted permission to take the exam.

✅ According to the results of the qualification exam, 9 candidates were recognized as having successfully passed.

✅ The qualification exam process was covered online via the official YouTube channel of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and was also recorded.
