The draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Measures to Implement Reform Programs in Priority Areas and the State Program during the Year of Mahalla Development and Societal Advancement” has been published on the regulation.adliya.uz portal for public discussion.

The draft covers two key issues:

1. In the areas highlighted in the Address:

the main directions and indicators of state policy are defined;

separate Reform Programs (78 initiatives) are approved within 5 priority areas;

mechanisms and responsible authorities for organizing and monitoring the implementation of the Reform Programs are determined;

2. A State Program for the implementation of the “Uzbekistan – 2030” Strategy in 2026 is approved, which includes:

action plans (306 measures);

lists of regulatory legal acts (60) and strategic legislative acts (13) to be developed in 2026.
