Today, a training seminar was held at the Ministry of Justice with the participation of responsible leaders and employees of ministries, agencies, and local authorities in charge of executive discipline. The seminar focused on ensuring executive discipline in government bodies and organizations, as well as on the effective organization of the implementation of tasks set forth in Presidential and Government documents.
During the seminar, the state of implementation in 2025 of assignments defined in the documents of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Head of the Presidential Administration, as well as resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, was analyzed, and priority tasks for further strengthening executive discipline were discussed.
It was emphasized that a number of systematic measures have been taken in recent years to enhance executive discipline. In particular, the “Ijro.gov.uz” information system has introduced artificial intelligence–based mechanisms to identify duplicate tasks and to automatically notify managers about tasks with approaching deadlines. The system has been integrated with 13 information systems of state bodies, ensuring transparency and efficiency in control processes.
In addition, in cooperation with the Accounts Chamber, permanently operating working groups were established in the regions to study the implementation of tasks on site and provide practical assistance. As a result, the execution of thousands of tasks was monitored on site, and a significant portion of them was completed within the established deadlines.
At the conclusion of the event, specific proposals were put forward to further strengthen executive discipline, ensure strict compliance with control and accountability mechanisms, and enhance responsibility for cases of closing tasks through the submission of inaccurate information.
