Uzbekistan – UAE: A New Stage on the Path to “Zero Bureaucracy”

A delegation of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan paid a visit to the Ministry of Justice of the United Arab Emirates within the framework of “Zero Bureaucracy” reforms. During the visit, the UAE’s advanced experience in simplifying public services, digitalization, and a human-centered approach was discussed.
The meetings focused on the following priority areas:
— simplifying civil status registration procedures;
— implementing a unified digital approach in public services and eliminating repeated requests for the same data;
— e-notary services and remote service delivery;
— resolving disputes through mediation prior to court proceedings;
— strengthening legal certainty for businesses and investors.
The parties discussed a joint action plan for 2026–2027, the establishment of joint working mechanisms, pilot projects, and the exchange of specialists.
The main objective of the cooperation is to ensure fast, transparent, and reliable justice services for citizens and entrepreneurs.
