🔺The Head of the Department for Coordination of the Activities of Public Services Centers and Civil Registry Offices provided participants with detailed information on the reforms being implemented in the sector, new services, introduced conveniences, and directions for adopting international best practices.
At the same time, detailed answers were given by responsible officials of the ministry to the questions raised by participants, and their proposals were also heard.
