The advanced experience of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the field of public service delivery is being studied.

The delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, headed by Deputy Minister of Justice N. Mukhammadiyev, held meetings with the leadership and responsible officials of the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations of the Netherlands, the DigiCampus Center, the Digital Government Service, and the Agency for Vocational Education and Innovation.
During the meetings, the parties discussed advanced practices in introducing digital technologies into public administration, optimizing public service delivery processes, developing cloud technologies, implementing artificial intelligence–based solutions, as well as organizing public services on an outsourcing basis.
The important experience of the Netherlands in creating new digital solutions through cooperation between government, business, and academic institutions, as well as organizing their testing processes, was also highlighted.
During the discussions, the parties agreed to further expand mutual cooperation and continue exchanging experience in digitizing public services and introducing modern technologies.
This working visit is organized within the framework of the “Improving Public Service Delivery in Uzbekistan” project, jointly implemented by the Ministry of Justice and the UN Development Programme, and funded by the European Union.
