✅ On November 12 of this year, deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis visited the Republican Center for Forensic Expertise named after Kh. Suleymanova under the Ministry of Justice, the Department of Forensic Expertise of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the non-governmental forensic organization LLC "PROEX," where they familiarized themselves with their activities.
It should be noted that today the draft law "On Forensic Expert Activities" is being considered by the deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This draft law, developed by the Ministry of Justice, was adopted by deputies in the first reading at the plenary session of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis held on October 28 of this year.
During the familiarization with the processes of carrying out forensic activities, the deputies noted that the innovations and norms introduced into the Law are of great importance today.
In particular, the deputies noted that the introduction of accreditation and validation institutions to further enhance the reliability of forensic activities, as well as the establishment of the status of non-state forensic experts at the legislative level, and the establishment of a Chamber of Forensic Experts to provide them with close assistance, will yield positive results in the future.
