The privatization process of 85.71% state share in the authorised capital of "93-Maxsus Trest" JSC placed at the Tashkent Republican Stock Exchange

In accordance with the relevant privatization programs, the privatization of 85.71% state share in the authorised capital of "93-Maxsus Trest" JSC (hereinafter - "Issuer"/"Asset") has been established.
Accordingly, privatization processes are carried out through the investment intermediary Trading platform SPAA Nego (hereinafter - ‘Trade Platform’) of the Republican Stock Exchange ‘Tashkent’.
Brief information about the asset:
"93-Maxsus Trest" JSC is a company organising special installation works for the construction of non-residential buildings and construction works.
- Legal address of the company is 17, Chimkent street, Tashkent city, Mirabad district.
- Stake of shares offered for sale in the issuer's authorised fund - 85,71 percent;
- Total number of shares for sale - 5 397 967 ordinary shares;
- Nominal value of one share - UZS 500,0 (five hundred);
- Initial price of one share at the auction - 7,872 (seven thousand eight hundred and seventy-two) UZS;
- Initial value of the asset - 42,492,796,224 (forty-two billion four hundred ninety-two million seven hundred ninety-six thousand two hundred twenty-four) UZS;
- Amount of the Issuer's authorised fund - 3,148,983,500.0 (three billion one hundred and forty-eight million nine hundred and eighty-three thousand five hundred) UZS;
- Trade Arranger - JSC ‘Tashkent RFB’;
- Number of lots - 1 (one);

Transaction Process:
Trading will start on 24.07.2024 on the special platform of the "Tashkent RFB" the SPAA NEGO. (Link to "Tashkent RFB")
The transaction will be executed with the applicant offering the highest bid, as per the rules of the exchange.
