The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution "On measures to improve the system of supporting "green" public procurement"

According to this resolution:
by 2030, the share of "green" public procurement in public procurement will be gradually increased to 30 percent, and additional opportunities will be provided to business entities participating in "green" public procurement;
environmental criteria are included in the procurement documentation for the selection of the best proposals and the tender;
non-compliance of the participant's proposal with these criteria does not entail the exclusion of the participant from the procurement process;
an additional score is awarded for each type of environmental labeling document;
Participants who have an environmental labeling document are granted a 30 percent discount on the amount of the commission fee and are not required to make additional deposit funds;
priority in public procurement is given to participants who have an environmental labeling document;
standard environmental criteria for certain product groups used in public procurement have been approved;
in 2026, it is planned to increase the share of "green" public procurement in expenses related to public procurement to at least 15%;
a list of business entities that have an environmental labeling document is maintained.
